Nalanny d.o.o. (hereinafter: “we”, “our” or “Controller”) attaches great importance to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and safeguard data on the Croatia Mobile Homes portal.

2. Advertiser data (Partners)
When you register and submit a listing, we collect data necessary for business cooperation (first and last name, company/trade name, PIN (OIB), address, e-mail, phone number).
Purpose: Fulfilling contractual obligations and issuing invoices.
Newsletter: We use Sender (Sender.net) for notices and marketing messages. Your consent is voluntary; you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in each e-mail.
3. Demo form
When you complete the Demo form on the portal, we explicitly collect the following personal data: e-mail address and company name.
Processing: These data are processed for sending newsletters and marketing communications via the Sender service (Sender.net). The legal basis is your consent; you may withdraw consent at any time via the link in each message or by contacting info@croatiamobilehomes.com.
4. Guest data (Accommodation enquiries)
When a guest completes the contact form on the portal, the data (name, e-mail, message content) are automatically forwarded via Resend directly to the owner of the advertised mobile home.
Important: The Croatia Mobile Homes portal does not store this data in its own database or use it for subsequent marketing.
Responsibility: Once the enquiry is forwarded, the listing owner becomes an independent controller of that data and must process it in accordance with the law. We recommend that guests check each host’s privacy policy.
5. Cookies and analytics
Our portal uses cookies to ensure functionality and analyse traffic.
Technical cookies: Required for the site to work.
Third-party cookies: With your consent, cookies and similar technologies from third parties may be set, including Google Analytics (traffic analysis) and Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel; marketing and ad performance measurement).
