Welcome to the Croatia Mobile Homes portal. By using our services, you accept the following terms:
1. General provisions
The Croatia Mobile Homes portal (hereinafter: the Portal), operated by NALANNY d.o.o., is solely an online classifieds service. The Portal connects users (potential guests) and advertisers (owners or managers of mobile homes). NALANNY d.o.o. is not a travel agency, does not provide accommodation services, does not intermediate rental agreements and does not process reservation payments.
2. Responsibility for listing content
Each advertiser independently creates their listing content and warrants:
The accuracy and truthfulness of all stated information (price, equipment, location, availability).
Possession of all permits and decisions from competent authorities required to provide accommodation services.
Ownership of copyrights to photographs and texts published.
NALANNY d.o.o. does not verify the actual quality of accommodation units and is not responsible for any inaccurate information provided by advertisers.
3. Disclaimer regarding transactions and disputes
All arrangements on reservations, payment terms, cancellations or complaints are made directly between the guest and the advertiser. The Portal accepts no liability for:
Any damage arising from non-performance by the advertiser or guest.
Financial losses arising from transactions between users.
The quality or hygiene of advertised accommodation.
4. User obligations and prohibitions
Use of the Portal for unlawful purposes is prohibited, including publishing offensive content, misrepresentation or infringement of copyright. NALANNY d.o.o. reserves the right to remove any listing or suspend a user account without prior notice if it considers these Terms breached or the Portal’s reputation harmed.
5. Intellectual property
By publishing content on the Portal, the advertiser grants NALANNY d.o.o. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use that content (photographs, descriptions) solely to promote the Portal and the advertiser’s services on social networks and other marketing channels.
6. Technical availability
NALANNY d.o.o. seeks to ensure uninterrupted operation of the Portal but does not guarantee constant availability nor accepts liability for damage due to technical issues, system maintenance or force majeure.
